Ok, I'm ready to give the elliptical monster up for lent. I'm ok that I'm not Catholic and that we are days into lent already. I don't mind giving it up for just the days that are left for lent. Oh if only that were possible. Actually it's possible but it's not what's best for me. What's best for me is to get up every morning and face The Monster and tackle the 20 some odd minutes I have to exercise. Tomorrow it will be 24 minutes and I wish I could say it's getting easier, but it isn't but it is helping me.
