Scrapping the Pounds Away (SPA) was created by me and Cheryl McCain to be a support group for weight loss whether you have 10 pounds to loose or 100. We weigh in every Sunday, now don’t worry, Cheryl and I won’t show up at your house but we will encourage you to scrap your weight loss, the ups and downs. Hopefully more downs than ups!
We challenge you to start this Sunday with your BEFORE picture and to tell a little about your story with your weight. Also include the amount of pounds you want to lose for your first goal. You don’t have to tell us your weight or what you want to lose overall, just tell us what your first goal is. Give me a link in the comments section to your layout in your blog or a gallery so we can be sure to comment on it. Every week we encourage you to weigh in post it on your blog and give us a link. Every month you'll post a new layout with the amount of pounds you've lost, gained or if you stayed the same and where you are with your goal.

Well today was the big weigh-in day. It was a push for me, didn't lose any, but I didn't gain any either!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, tomorrow is the first of the month, time for my "official" weigh in. So NOT looking forward to it. July has not gone overly well for my SPA journey!
